Principal EL believes that resilient teachers and leaders focus on developing classrooms and schools where students and teachers are nurtured and supported through relationships so they can dream big and be creative. We develop deep connections with students and families, take risks, and challenge the status quo. Resilient teachers and leaders ensure that students are exposed to engaging and joyful classrooms, have a sense of belonging and feel valued.
