About the Presenters:

Sue McCormick, Regional Vice President at Island Hospitality Management, is a multi-faceted leader with over 20 years of experience in operations and sales and a solid record of success. Her depth of knowledge in various market conditions, strong focus on revenue generation, passion for developing successful teams and a keen awareness and emphasis on the total guest experience, ensures each hotel reaches optimum performance levels.

Reginald McGregor, Global Defense D & I Manager at Rolls-Royce and President of the Lawrence Twp School Board, has over 25 years of professional experience in engineering and operations in the pharmaceutical, foodservice, and aerospace industries. In his current role, he is tasked with college recruiting, diversity and inclusion initiatives, mentoring, and strengthening community partnerships.

Dr. Torrey Adams, Director of Global Life Sciences for Economic Development, is responsible for coordinating the efforts to support the growth of the life science ecosystem by assisting with the recruitment of both domestic and international life science companies in strategic US regions. With nearly 20 years of domestic and international experience in both science and business, Dr. Adams attributes his success to his ability to work across multiple functional applications and technologies, build strong working relationships, leading cross functional teams, develop strategic alliances, and understanding customers and colleagues to support their needs.
