Bringing over 15 years of experience leading operational and revenue strategies in mission-driven organizations, Sara brings a passion for architecting systems that unlock team excellence and empower everyone to operate at their highest potential. Her commitment to education began during her service with AmeriCorps, before earning her degree in Business Administration and Finance. Now serving as VP of Operations at 7 Mindsets, Sara leads enterprise-wide initiatives across systems, people, and processes, including M&A integration, KPI and CRM strategy, and financial governance. She finds great purpose in work that bridges strategy and heart to create lasting, positive change in education. In her free time, Sara enjoys being outdoors with her husband, two kids, and their cat and dog.
