It builds adult capacity through professional learning and coaching, creates a common language across the school community, and includes measurement tools to support implementation and demonstrate growth and impact over time.

The 7 Mindsets Transformation Framework is a full-immersion approach designed to engage every layer of the school ecosystem — from leadership and classrooms to the broader community. It combines mindset-based learning for students, adult capacity-building, mental health and wellness education, coaching and leadership support, and measurement tools under a common language and culture.

Full immersion means the work extends beyond classroom lessons into the whole school ecosystem. It includes adult learning, leadership support, campus-wide culture reinforcement, and consistent language across the entire school community — not just students, but educators, leaders, families, and community partners.

Student Leadership Clubs are student-led experiences, typically at the high school level, that guide participants through the 7 Mindsets with videos, structured activities, and reflection to build leadership, purpose, and positive school culture.

Mindsets University and the Ultimate Life Summit are life-changing events within the 7 Mindsets framework. Mindsets University is designed to build educator and leader capacity. The Ultimate Life Summit empowers students with personal growth and leadership development experiences.

7 Mindsets builds connection and belonging through a common language, adult capacity-building, and whole-school culture reinforcement. The Hillsborough study found improvements in student self-efficacy and behavior in higher-support implementation schools. Partner schools have also reported reductions in discipline referrals and more consistent language across campuses.

7 Mindsets is designed to integrate directly into an MTSS framework and can serve as the SEL and well-being component across all tiers:

  • Tier 1: Mindset-based learning for all students and adult learning for educators schoolwide
  • Tiers 2/3: 7 Mindsets Wellness providing targeted mental health and wellness intervention supports
  • Assessment: Insights measurement tools to identify student needs, guide instruction, and measure progress across tiers
