There’s something special that happens when people who care deeply about making a difference come together—and Mindsets University 2026 was just that.
In July, more than 215 educators, leaders, and changemakers gathered with members of the 7 Mindsets team in Orlando for four days of learning, connection, reflection, and plenty of inspiration. From the opening welcome dinner to the final celebration, the energy was all about bringing the 7 Mindsets to life and exploring how each of us can create a positive impact in the places we live, work, and serve.
The life-changing experience kicked off with 7 Mindsets’ Founder and CEO Scott Shickler as he led a presentation on Mindsets Over Everything and Everything is Possible, before diving into immersive sessions around Passion First, We Are Connected, 100% Accountable,
Attitude of Gratitude, Live to Give, and The Time is Now. Life Planning sessions led by Mindsets Guides provided attendees with the opportunity to discuss and share in small groups.
Beyond these impactful sessions, attendees heard real-world perspectives during a leadership panel with district experts, explored timely ideas in AI: Authentic Impact, and participated in experiences designed to turn inspiration into action. During the final day’s MU Fair and Roundtables, attendees had a chance to share ideas, learn from one another, and think about what comes next.
For the team at 7 Mindsets, experiences like Mindsets University are part of a much bigger story. Since 2009, 7 Mindsets has reached more than five million students and educators across all 50 states, helping schools, districts, and organizations create meaningful, measurable impact.
Most of all, Mindsets University 2026 was about people—coming together, making new connections, sharing ideas, and remembering what’s possible when we approach our work and our lives with intention. And we are excited to see how these newly empowered Mindset-Based Ambassadors bring mindset transformation to their schools, districts, and organizations.
