ROSWELL, GA – August 14, 2023 – 7 Mindsets, the leader in PreK-12 well-being, mental health, and assessment solutions, today announced Deb DiCairano joined the company as chief revenue officer.
DiCairano is a well-regarded sales executive with over 30 years of international experience across a range of industries, including education, corrections, healthcare, and law enforcement. Her most recent role was a chief revenue officer/head of Americas for Australian-based Educator Impact, an online platform developed to help schools to improve their culture and student outcomes. DiCairano’s previous experience includes leading teams for organizations such as Pearson Publishing, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and the Crisis Prevention Institute.

The announcement of the new CRO follows more than 18 months of record growth for the company, including multiple acquisitions and an expansion of the senior leadership team. In late 2021, middle-market private equity firm Gauge Capital made a strategic investment in 7 Mindsets.
