Caroline King is the Senior Director of Client Support with over eight years of experience in EdTech and over 20 years’ experience in the account management space. She leads a team of outstanding support managers who are passionate about ensuring that every customer is supported in an exceptional manner from the minute they become a customer throughout their journey. Caroline works with districts, schools, and private organizations to ensure that customers receive a seamless customer experience. She is responsible for overseeing the initial onboarding process, which includes platform access enablement and integration, data monitoring, and platform technical support. She also supports strategic accounts by tailoring unique implementation strategies designed to maximize the impact and outcomes from a 7 Mindsets implementation.
