Mindset-Based Ambassador Academy

Join us in the 2026–2027 school year for our Mindset-based Ambassador (MBA) Academy, designed to deepen 7 Mindsets practice, strengthen culture through a peer-support network, and develop mindset-based leaders from district offices to individual schools. The Academy is open to all 7 Mindsets schools.
Mindset-based Ambassadors (MBA)
Being selected as an MBA is a call to lead. Ambassadors are chosen because their colleagues and leaders see a genuine belief in them — that people can grow, that culture matters, and that the 7 Mindsets can transform the way students and adults show up every day.
Academy Sessions
Ambassadors meet quarterly for 30–45 minutes, progressing through sessions from Getting Started to Sustaining Momentum, Accelerating Growth, and Finishing Strong.
Each session features:
- Content/topic introduction and partner spotlight
- Regional breakout groups designed to build real relationships and peer accountability.
- Whole-group share-out
Throughout the four sessions, Ambassadors set goals, review data, share strategies, and at the conclusion of the four-session academy, earn a school-based MBA certificate, with a Year 2 leadership pathway available for continued coaching districtwide.
