A Partnership Built on Collaboration & Support
In spring 2024, the School District of Philadelphia Board of Education approved 7 Mindsets as a district partner for SEL, accelerating district-wide adoption and strengthening collaboration with the Office of Climate and Culture.
Through this partnership, 7 Mindsets is integrated into district professional development, PBIS, and Relationship First initiatives, ensuring consistent support and implementation across every participating school.
The district has also leveraged network-wide cohorts, dedicated implementation coaching, and life-changing events such as Mindsets University and the Ultimate Life Summit to build a shared culture of student growth, resilience, and success.

The theory of change behind the 7 Mindsets framework is rooted in over three years of research exploring the factors that enable individuals to thrive and over 10 years implementing the proprietary 7 Mindsets Transformation Framework to immerse millions of students and educators. The core conclusion: it’s not environment, intelligence, or background—it’s mindset.
