What began in 15 model schools has grown into a districtwide movement at Memphis-Shelby County Schools. Through its partnership with 7 Mindsets, the district is empowering educators, elevating student voices, and creating a shared culture of connection, confidence, and growth across more than 200 schools.
Mindsets University 2026 brought more than 215 educators, leaders, and changemakers together in Orlando for four days of learning, connection, reflection, and inspiration. From immersive 7 Mindsets sessions and leadership conversations to AI, roundtables, and shared experiences, attendees left ready to turn possibility into meaningful action.
7 Mindsets will host Mindsets University 2026, a four-day immersive culture transformation experience for educators and school leaders, July 14–17 in Orlando, with an optional Mindset Based Leadership Certificate Course on July 18.
