Deb DiCairano has been an advocate of visionary and innovative education for the past 30 years, with a primary focus in the industries of education, corrections, healthcare, law enforcement, and corporate, both in the US and internationally. Prior to joining 7 Mindsets, she served as CRO/Head of Americas for Australian-based Educator Impact. Before that, Deb’s professional experience included leading teams for organizations such as Pearson Publishing, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and the Crisis Prevention Institute. Having started her career as a high school English teacher, today Deb passionately guides educators to embrace and implement 21st century solutions that prepare students for a globally competitive economy, arming them with the skills they need for success and happiness.
