Students build positive mindsets, resilience, and durable life skills they can use every day. They grow in ownership, strengthen relationships, and feel a deeper sense of belonging in their school community.

Educators and staff experience professional and personal growth through a shared mindset framework. With stronger adult capacity and consistency, they bring greater purpose and energy to their work, strengthening culture and student engagement.

The broader school community including students, staff, families, and partners, gains a common language that strengthens relationships and reinforces a culture where everyone is aligned and supported.
ESSA Validated. Research Proven. Real Results.
7 Mindsets is backed by rigorous evidence showing not only why our approach works, but the measurable impact it delivers in real districts.
ESSA Level II: Evidence of Impact
A groundbreaking, independently peer-reviewed study of more than 58,000 students shows what educators have known all along: when students are taught the right mindsets, they thrive. With measurable gains in academics, behavior, attendance, and student confidence—and now validated as ESSA Level 2 evidence—this research confirms the power of mindset-based learning.

ESSA Level IV: Demonstrates a Rationale
The theory of change behind 7 Mindsets is rooted in more than three years of original research exploring what drives long-term success. The core conclusion: it's not environment, intelligence, or background—it's mindset. This foundational insight underpins our system design and strengthens the rationale for impact.

Why Mindsets?
Mindsets are the beliefs and attitudes that shape emotions and influence decisions and actions. They are the lens through which students interpret challenge, relationships, and their own potential. When mindsets shift, behavior shifts, and over time those daily choices shape school culture.
7 Mindsets is built on a simple truth: success is not determined only by environment, intelligence, or background, but by mindset. That is why our Tier 1 solution is designed as mindset-based core instruction for school and life, building self-awareness, self-efficacy, and perseverance alongside the durable life skills students need to follow through. From PreK through Grade 12, students grow along a continuum that deepens understanding of the 7 Mindsets and core competencies.
The 7 Mindsets create a common language for all students, educators, staff, and families.

Implemented with more than 5,000,000 students and educators worldwide, 7 Mindsets’ Tier 1 program fosters resilience, enhances relationships, and bolsters academic performance. Through our curriculum students experience improved well-being, and gain confidence and hope, fostering positive, enduring transformations in schools.

Program Success Starts with Educators, Staff, and Leaders
The 7 Mindsets Transformation Framework is built on an adults-first belief: culture change is sustained by the people who model it every day. That’s why educator buy-in and capacity building are essential to implementation. Through powerful training, coaching, and ongoing support, we help teachers, staff, and leaders grow personally and professionally, strengthen connections, reinforce a common language schoolwide, and implement with consistency and fidelity.

What Our Educators and Students Say …
Everything that we do is aligned to the Mindsets. The connections we have with others, the thoughts we have inside of ourselves, our hopes, our dreams. Getting all those ideas and sharing them with the people who do the work every day has been a fulfilling and empowering part of my leadership role. It is very rewarding to see everything come into alignment and make that connection together to build an empowered student, a student that believes in themselves, and has the power to accomplish anything.
— Delia Gadson, Principal
Sheehy Elementary, HCPS
I really appreciate the ways that 7 Mindsets have helped me think about the ways we can use each of their programs to get me quality data in a time-sensitive manner, to build equitable multi-level systems of support, and to dream with me about how we can do things that other districts have not. This has culminated in us seeing a decrease in discipline referrals, a decrease in out-of-school and in-school suspensions, and lastly, kids are enjoying school more.
– Kari Oscar, Coordinator of Specialized Behavior Supports
School District of Beloit, WI
I’ve seen how it’s profoundly impacted our students and their mental health and wellness. The common language that’s heard in the hallways between students, the grade levels, and between schools really sets the tone for expectations and the habits of mind that we want our students to know.
– Tiffany Steiner, Director of Intervention Services & Student Wellness
Wall Township Public Schools, NJ
