We encourage individuals and organizations who are passionate about and dedicated to transforming the mindset, well-being, and mental health of students, educators, and staff to participate in this conference. Together, we can empower students and staff to be more resilient, more confident, and happier, while creating positive, supportive, and thriving learning communities.

Submission Guidelines

Presentation Formats

Proposals for individual presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions are welcome.

Proposal Content

Submissions should include a title (suggested word limit no more than 10 words), abstract and learning objectives (100-word limit), intended audience, a brief biography (100-word limit) of the presenter(s), and headshot(s) (PNG file).

Review Process

Proposals will be reviewed based on relevance to the conference themes, innovation, clarity, and potential impact on mindset-based practices.

Important Dates

Proposal Submission Deadline: March 1, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: April 1, 2025
Conference Dates: July 16- 18, 2025

*If a conference proposal is accepted, the conference registration fee will be waived for one of the listed presenters. Travel, hotel, and any additional expenses will be the responsibility of the individual(s).

  • Innovative Tools and Technologies: Highlight cutting-edge technologies, apps, and resources designed to enhance mindset-based learning experiences inside and outside the classroom.
