Chelsea Buchanan is the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and the Senior Director of Heart and Soul. She supports numerous teams within 7 Mindsets and ensures that we are leading the Mindset Revolution with Heart and Soul through Life Changing Experiences. Chelsea works with districts, schools, private organizations, and state level agencies to ensure they are thriving and the common language of the 7 Mindsets is deeply embedded into all their best practices. She works alongside our partners helping them to engage in meaningful ways with their students, staff, and communities by utilizing our curriculum, professional development, supplemental resources, and more. She believes that living the 7 mindsets will allow students, educators, and their communities to live their ultimate lives and reach their fullest potential.
