Dr. Teresa Reigosa is a dynamic educator with a wealth of talents and experiences dedicated to enriching lives and spreading knowledge. With a remarkable career spanning three decades, she’s worn many hats—from classroom teacher to counselor to administrator at every educational level. Along the way, she’s been a keen observer, learning invaluable lessons from her diverse students and colleagues.
Teresa’s insatiable thirst for knowledge propelled her to earn a doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, specializing in Adult Social-Emotional Learning. Her academic journey faced a formidable test during the COVID-19 pandemic when she transformed her work into a timely exploration of educator self-care during crises. Her groundbreaking insights promise to rejuvenate educators and enhance their competence, enabling them to excel in their chosen profession. Notably, Teresa has shared her findings at prestigious events like the Sofia University Global Mental Health Conference and the Social Development Exchange Conference.
Currently, Teresa plays a vital role in the Educational Services Management Team at 7 Mindsets. Collaborating with her colleagues, she provides essential support to schools nationwide and abroad as they embrace mindset-based programming for students and the dedicated adults who care for them.
Beyond her professional achievements, Teresa’s roots are deeply woven into her identity. She takes immense pride in being the daughter of Cuban immigrants and the youngest of five siblings raised in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. Today, she calls Macon, Georgia, her home, sharing it with her beloved feline companions – Jax and Essie; her springer doodle, Wolfgang; and her supportive husband, Carlos.
