Ashlock is a highly respected financial executive with over 20 years of international experience across a broad range of industries, including the healthcare, education technology, and cyber intelligence sectors. Her most recent roles include interim chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance of MedeAnalytics and chief financial officer and executive vice president of Elamant International. She also held senior leadership roles at AQSACOM and Be Software International.

The announcement of the new CFO follows more than a year of record growth for the company, including multiple acquisitions and an expansion of the senior leadership team. In late 2021, middle-market private equity firm Gauge Capital made a strategic investment in 7 Mindsets.
