Step away from the day-to-day and into an immersive, purpose-fueled experience that inspires your passion, empowers your leadership, and transforms your personal and professional growth.
Why This Year Is Different
Immersion That Inspires, Empowers, and Transforms
In 2026, the Mindset University experience will add two additional days of content and will be about learning the 7 Mindsets and fully living them—personally and professionally.
Every session, every activity, every conversation is crafted to ignite self-reflection, accelerate real change, and unlock lasting MOE-mentum.
You’ll not only deepen your understanding of each
mindset, you will:
Live the Mindsets
Inspire deeper learning by engaging in the same strategies your students will experience—so implementation becomes second nature.
Break Through Barriers
Connect and Apply
You won’t just learn the 7 Mindsets, you’ll live them, you’ll feel them, and you’ll leave forever changed. And with your MBA (Mindset Based Ambassador) Certificate in hand, you’ll be ready to bring that energy home—with a plan, a support network, and the confidence to lead lasting change.
Mindsets Over Everything
“Mindsets aren’t just something you teach – it’s something you live.”
– Scott Shickler
