With a deep understanding of teaching and learning, and over 20 years of teaching and administrative experience, she collaborates with educators and thought leaders to translate research-based principles into practical, classroom-ready lessons. Kelli is passionate about creating curriculum that is clear, relevant, and impactful—helping students take ownership of their choices, persevere through challenges, and grow through life experiences. Her work ensures that 7 Mindsets curriculum supports educators in fostering positive school cultures while meeting the developmental needs of learners from kindergarten through high school.
