7 Mindsets will host Mindsets University 2026, a four-day immersive culture transformation experience for educators and school leaders, July 14–17 in Orlando, with an optional Mindset Based Leadership Certificate Course on July 18.
Riverview High School in Hillsborough County, Florida, is redefining student leadership through the 7 Mindsets program. By empowering student ambassadors to lead conversations, build community, and strengthen school culture, Riverview has created a student-centered model focused on voice, belonging, and personal growth.

This spring, the 7 Mindsets team visited schools across Wisconsin and witnessed the incredible power of student-led learning. From middle schoolers engaging in mindset challenges to high schoolers shaping curriculum with their feedback, each stop revealed a deep commitment to leadership, connection, and growth.
The challenges facing today’s schools—rising student anxiety, declining engagement, and low academic performance—demand a shift beyond traditional instruction.
